Puppies vs. Adult JRTS

JRRS usually has Jack Russell Terriers for adoption from one to 5 years of age.  Since a JRT can live to be 18-20 years old, even a JRT that is 10 years old and in good health has many years of quality life remaining. Occasionally we have Jacks under the age of one year, BUT

WE NEVER  HAVE  PUPPIES FOR RESCUE.

We encourage everyone who is searching for a companion to adopt a Jack Russell Terrier through JRRS because you will give a needy dog a home and you will get an older dog that is already finished with the puppy phase of life, is housebroken and crate trained.

HOWEVER, IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE A PUPPY -

Why not contact Troon Quarry Jack Russell Terriers of Scottsdale, AZ, by calling Sue or Elizabeth Murphree at 480-391-2007 locally or toll free at 1-888-386-5787 to see what litters are available.  You may go to the Troon Quarry Ranch website at www.troonquarry.com and look at their Jack Russells.

You can also go to the JRTCA website at www.terrier.com and click on the Breeder’s Directory. Go to the state in which you reside and see what JRTCA approved kennels are listed.  Then go to each kennel’s website and look at their JRTs.

TROON QUARRY RANCH is an approved JRTCA and JRTCC kennel.  Sue and Elizabeth Murphree, owners of Troon Quarry Jack Russell Terriers, are long-time members of both the Jack Russell Terrier Club of America and the Jack Russell Terrier Club of Canada. TQ abides by the Code of Ethics of both JRTCA and JRTCC.  While TQ has only a few litters each year, find out what litters are planned. Reservations are taken well in advance for picks of litters.
